Our History
CWS was started by our President and CEO, Mr. Frank Hameed, in 1990 at the beginning of the internet age. Mr. Hameed began his business selling computer warranties to customers around the Northern Virginia and Washington DC area, before expanding to network support in Silicon Valley. Eventually, Mr. Hameed broke into the Federal market, providing training to DISA engineers in their transition to Voice over IP networks. This foothold slowly built over the years and today has resulted in a company supporting 34 states and territories, Europe, and Asia, with over 400 employees in four offices supporting more than 20 Federal Agencies.
