CWS performs Network Operations. Our engineers provide 24/7/365 management of thousands of network routers, switches, and associate peripherals. Furthermore, our network operators are experts at identifying, isolating, and fixing network faults as well as performing triage on network devices while utilizing the industry’s latest element management systems. CWS’ experience includes integration, implementation, transition, operation, and maintenance of some of the world’s most intricate networks.
CWS performs System Administration. CWS technicians provide and support a complete end-user experience worldwide through remote management of physical and virtual equipment, software, and applications in addition to server administration efforts. CWS operates, sustains, configures, and implements existing and new server hardware, software, applications, and mobile devices.
CWS performs Wireless Networking installation, support, and maintenance. CWS staff provides 24/7/365 management through site surveys, engineering, integration, and sustainment. We also conduct quality assurance analysis for previously installed wireless services.

Our experienced and certified engineers provide technical support to relocate and install new equipment cabinets, wiring, patch panels, edge devices, individual workstation wiring, and other devices.
CWS performs Service Asset and Configuration Management. CWS network operators, engineers, and circuit implementation engineers provide configuration management (CM) on complex networks. Our operators and engineers use and update CM databases to support operation and maintenance missions.

They provide technical engineering support and guide other program areas in implementing and aligning to the engineering and technical architecture, as well as improving the infrastructure standardization and capacity utilization.
CWS’ Architecture Team establishes and manages the target IT architecture and direction for our customers in compliance with relevant policies and while utilizing government and industry best practices. CWS supports and guides solution planning, solution delivery and program operations in implementing, and aligning to, target architecture through defined lifecycles.
CWS also supports application design and customization for software systems throughout their lifecycles. CWS also support agency-wide systems by performing service integration, engineering and infrastructure, architecture, and system security. In doing so, our team works with a variety of database technologies and the latest industry tools.
